Maw Maw's Sweet Potato Pie

I once heard a sweet Southern gentleman from Atlanta say of this pie, "This tastes like home!" And home is where I got my inspiration, from my Maw Maw pictured below. She was everything to me and taught me all that I know! She was a cook without measure (she didn't measure anything and would roll her eyes at you if you asked "how much!"
